If you’re starting the new season with a team, you may have a coach that goes easy on you..or a coach that will kick your butt!

Now depending on the intensity of trainings with your team in your pre-season, it’s very important that you do not over train your body. This is because if the exercises you’re doing are fully intensive, your body needs more time to recover and rest.

I fully advise that when undergoing intensive trainings with your team during your pre-season, that you supplement it with individual practice that includes exercises with ball co-ordination and going inside and outside of the cones, using every part of the foot. This way you’ll  avoid heavy feet and tiredness from the intense training’s you’re doing.
